Casey Buttler is the General Manager for The Creek Real Estate, overseeing the day-to-day operations, financial management, and overall performance of the businesses operating under the ALFF umbrella. With a strong focus on leadership and execution, Casey plays a key role in driving the group’s growth strategy while supporting teams across the organisation.
Bringing extensive experience in operational leadership, Casey has managed budgets, people, projects, and organisational change across a range of industries. She is passionate about creating equity of experience across all real estate clients—tenants, investors, buyers, and vendors—believing there is still significant opportunity for the industry to continue improving in this space.
Having grown up on the Mornington Peninsula and later living in Canberra, Casey eventually relocated to the Geelong region around 15 years ago. After nearly two decades in corporate roles spanning banking and private health insurance, she made the decision to pursue a career that offered greater purpose and impact.
Now based in the Geelong and Bellarine region, Casey values the area’s natural beauty, strong communities, and growth potential. Driven by integrity, empathy, and accountability, she is committed to supporting both people and progress. Outside of work, Casey enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and supporting local cafés and restaurants.
